Capacity:
(1) Printing: We provide serve for both relief printing and gravure up to 6 colors and our associated factories can print up to 12 colors
(2) Lamination: Dry lamination is performed in our own factory and wet lamination is done by associated factory.
(3) Pouch Making: We have one pouch machine for normal pouches. Pouches with zip lock are made by associated factory. Pouch sealing is performed by both our own factory and our associated factory.
(4) Slitting: We have 2 slitting machines for width at 1.3 M, and 1 machine for width at 1.0 M.
(5) Cup-lid Manufacturing: We have a cup-lid machine at work.

Company Capital: Up to December 2001 – USD382,600.00; up to December 2002 – USD869,560.00.

Important Events:
May 23, 1979 – Approved by the Ministry of Economy to establish the company at a company capital of USD289,850.00.
June 16, 1979 – Approved by the Taipei City Government to start operation.
1991 – Purchased the 6-color photogravure machine, dry-lamination machine, pouch machine and slitting machine.
Sept. 28, 1992 – Officially authorized by Kloeckner Pentaplast, Germany as its agent in Taiwan to sell its pharmaceutical packaging films (PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/PE/PVDC) and raw materials for credit cards.
Jan. 28, 1993 – Approved by the Ministry of Economy to establish the factory in Hsin-Chuang, Taipei County.
Dec. 1, 1993 – Obtained the membership of the Industry Union, Taipei County.
1994 – Authorized by the K. Heyer Ges.m.b.H, Austria as its agent in Taiwan to sell its hard tempered alu foil (Alu/Alu).
Sept. 14, 1994 – Obtained the membership of the Taiwan Plastic Industry Union.
1996 – Authorized by VAW, Germany as its agent in Taiwan to sell its hard tempered alu foil (Alu/Alu) and pharmaceutical packaging films (PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/PE/PVDC).
October, 1996 – Rented a ware house in Chungli for storage of imported materials.
Oct. 16, 1997 – Purchased a piece of land (1150 m2) in the Yo-Shi Expanded Industry Park in Yang-Mei, Taiyuan County, Taiwan for constructing a new factory building.
Dec. 1999 – Sept. 2000 – Re-planned equipment placement of factory in Hsin-Chuang and purchased some new equipment.
Jan. – Dec. 2001 – Established Factory Labor Safety and Health Management System.
Mar. 2001 – Purchased one cup-lid machine and started with cup-lid manufacturing.
Dec. 2001 – Increased capital toUSD382,600.00.
July 1, 2002 – Completion of construction work of the new factory in Yang-Mei and then the factory in Hsin-Chuang was totally moved to the new location.
Dec. 2002 – Company capital was increased to USD869,560.00.
Apr. 2003 – Purchased a Gretag Macbeth Jidge II spectrophotometer
July 28, 2003 – 12 staff members visited Kloeckner Pentaplast Thailand.
