Our History :
On February 9, 1987
company established with Capital amount of NT$5,000,000.00 and specialized in Machining business
In September 1987 successfully developed Drilling & Milling Machine and began sales internationally.
In March 1989 Vertical Turret Mill was introduced to the market as Model MF-1-1/2TM & 3KS.
In September 1989 company capital was raised to NT$8,900,000.00 and successfully continued the development of 5KS & MF-2000 Models.
In July 1992 Company capital was raised again to NT$24,600,000.00.
On July 1, 1992 Company relocated to company-owned factory.
In 1993 Taipei branch office was established to provide complete and efficient after-sale service to customers in northern part of Taiwan; Bed type mills were successfully developed and introduced to the market.
In March 1994 a series of Computer-Numerical-Control (CNC) Milling machine were promoted to the market.
In August 1994 precision Surface Grinder was successfully developed.
In May 1996 company moved to Ta-Li Ind. Park.
In December 1996 CNC Machining Center was successfully developed and in production.
On October 13, 1997 ISO-9002 Certificate was approved and issued to recognize company's effort in quality control.
In July 2000 Company capital was raised again to NT$50,000,000.00.
In November 1998 U.S.A. branch office was established to better serve customers in North America.
In May 1996 company moved to current address.
