1. Sliding Head CNC Lathes

Non-guide bushing type / sliding head CNC lathe GNS-25:
The GE fong GNS-25 non-guide bushing type sliding head CNC lathe combines speed and flexibility in one machine. It's a new compact design but with greater capacity. 25mm, bar capacity with maximum 3,500 rpm spindle speed. 8-tool turret and 3 position ID tool rest are designed to move only in X axis direction for greater rigidity and stability. Its sliding head design makes parts machining more precise, stable and provides a fine surface effect. Special LCD monitor combined with machine operation panel assure maximum operational convenience. More profitable production is achievable with the GE Fong GNS-25.

2. High Precision CNC Automatic Lathes

1. The machine adopts hydraulic power chuck. With it's powerful clamping force, no-bar material shrinking backward will occur during heavy cutting, so precision can be ensured.
2. Two-Tailstock Device: this adopts magnetic clutch to drive the tapping shaft, and tapping can be achieved by use of the revolution difference between main spindle and tapping shaft in the same direction. Reaming, deep hole drilling and inside or outside tapping can be completed in a cycle by automatic shaking to exchange both of the shafts.
