Its strategic plan is, within next 5-7 years, by investing 1 billion RMB, reaching a significant production capacity of 10 million sets of wheels annually. Based on the current production capacity of 2 million sets per year, the company is now expanding its capability up to 5 million sets per year by the year 2005. The company possesses world-class and international standard equipments. The major manufacturing and inspecting equipments are listed as follows: Italy LPM low-press die casting machines, continuous heat treatment furnace from Shoel of Japan, high performance CNC vertical lathe from IMT of Italy, IMT high performance CNC vertical lathe model W24T-2 axis mirror, cars wheel dust-free coating production line, the Aluminum testing machine from MAKRA of Germany, special digital X-ray detector for aluminum wheel from VJ of USA and machine for the deburring of the wheel’ sprue from LPM of Italy. Our major products-aluminum wheels are popular in America, Europe, Japan and the Middle East etc. We have established a stable marketing network and perfect after-sale service system home and abroad.
Our company is expected to run under the ISO/TS16949 and our testing & engineering lab will follow the VIA standards. Our R&D Center for the advanced moulds and advanced products and the provincial R&D Center for aluminum–based composite materials set up in our company will play an important role in the development of our company. |
