SHERAZ GROUP which is in export market of Fabrics and Made ups for ten years. Also we can supply greige, dyed, bleached & printed cloth. We have:-
a) 200 (88+80+24+8) Nos. of Sulzer TW11 width 110", 130" & 153" and its production capacity is 1,100,000 Mtrs to 1,300,000 Mtrs per month.
b) 48 Nos. of Automatic looms of widel width.
c) 700+ Nos. of Power Looms of capacity 500,000 Mtrs plus per month.
d) 5 Nos. of Sizing Machines.
Apart from our in-house weaving facility, we also had engaged following manufacturing units to meet our huge sales throughout the year.
a) More than 1000 Automatic Looms with working width from 38"~120".
b) More than 100 Shuttle less Looms with working width from 110"~153".
c) Complete Dyeing and Printing Unit.
In Made ups, we export Bed Linen (Bed Sheets, Bed Spread, Fitted Sheets, Valance Sheets, Pillow Sham/cases, Bolster, Quilt/Duvet Sets), Table linen (Table Covers, Tea Towels, Handkerchiefs, Napkins), Kitchen linen (Kitchen Gowns, Pot Holder, Oven Glove, Kitchen Towels, Yarn Dyed Waffle Cloth, Aprons, Flannel Dusters, Cotton Bags), Bath linen (Face Towels, Absorbent, Bathrobes, Bathsheets, Bathmats, Hair Towels), Hospital Linen(Fabric Sheets, Mattress Covers, Doctors Coat, Sugical Gowns, Patient Gowns, Medical Guaze) Hotel Linen (Fabrics, Sheets, Mattress Covers, Table Covers) Home Linen (Comforters, Cushion Covers, Quilted Products, Curtains, Laundry Bags, Waffle Blankets, Flannel Dyed/Printed Sheets ) and others.
We deals in Knitted Garments (Baby Gowns, Bibs, Blanket, Diapers, Gauze, Bed Protector, Nappies) and Woven Garments like Gents Shirts, Trousers, Sleeping suits, Bermudas in exalted styles and are also our twinkling edge. We have also expertiese in Gloves for fencing in leather and synthetic material. Yellow Duster, Dish cloth we also export to our valued customers. Braids,Bands, Ribbons, Cords, Tessels, Trimings and Laces of all kinds of embroidery items also in our product line.
