Boolani Engineering Corporation Manufacture & Export a complete range of Plastic Processing Machinery ,Food Extruders & Synthetic Tarn spinning lines- Brand new as well as deal in POM (Pre-Owned-Machines).
We are in the Plastic machine building business since 1950 and have supplied over 15000 installations having a Processing capacity of over two millions tons of polymers per year. These machines are in operation in over 40 Countries including India.
We offer extrusion plants for any end product application like pipes, sheets, blown films, cables, mono/multi-filaments, profiles,tubings, recycling, compounding, woven sacks, etc. from Screw dia. 20 mm up to 200 mm and processing capacity from 3 kgs/hour up to over 1000 kgs/hour, for commodity Plastics like PP/PE/PVC/PS as well as engineering Polymers like PC/PET/PA/ABS/SAN etc. and also twin screw extruders.
We also offer ancillary equipments like granulators, mixers, flexo-roto printing, bag making, lamination and coating plants.
Special tailor made extrusion plants and spares and components for any make of plant as well as for our own machines.
We also offer Spinning plants for extrusion of synthetic Fibers and filaments.
Injection molding machines for molding household, industrial, automotive, electronic parts from all polymers from 10 grams to 1000 grams shot weight or more.
Blow molding from bottles of 100 cc to containers of 210 liters or more,to pack Industrial products, sodas, food stuff, oil, liquor lubes etc., from PP/PE/PVC/PET/PC etc.
