We are specialized in short length materials of prime products (Wires, Rods, Strips), which are in demand by secondary Market such as small size manufacturing units having manual or semi-automatic manufacturing plants.
WITH OUR PRESENT STATUS & INFRASTRUCTURE, WE INTEND TO ESTABLISH AS DISTRIBUTOR / AGENT OF PRIME QUALITY PRODUCTS.
After extensive efforts and professional marketing, we established our connections in U.K., Europe and U.S.A. We are active in overseas trading since 1987. Due to the large size of U.S.A. and excellent market opportunities, we have appointed a representative to look after our interests in U.S.A.
FUTURE PLANS
Our progress has been accelerating at a steady pace although there were times when acceleration of progress could not be maintained due to global industrial recession. However, we could overcome the problems of recession and enjoy comfortable progress.
The future demand for Aluminium appears to be over-increasing, due to its inevitable applications in Automobile industry and it's alloys replacing numerous defense / space alloys. We are already actively importing Aluminium scrap and intend to enhance our buying speed.
WE ALSO INTEND TO DIVERSIFY OUR INVESTMENTS INTO OTHER AREAS, WHICH ARE NOT RELATED TO OUR PRESENT ACTIVITIES IN METAL TRADE.
SOURCING AND PURCHASING
Arising of super alloy scrap is from all types of engineering industries. With a large number of sources spread in the North, we invested in our New Delhi collection center, which covers North and East India, whereas our Mumbai office covers Central & South India. Our experienced purchasing staff keeps themselves abreast with the latest scrap disposal tenders and auctions held in the country. Also, they are always updated about the market trends of various types of scrap, which enables them to bid the best price for a particular type of commodity.
STORAGE AND SEGREGATION
The facilities at both the places provide secured storage and easy handling of substantial quantities of scrap arisings.
Both our facilities work with a standard procedure. All inward material is marked as 'to be checked' and stored after weighment. Our well-trained sorting and testing personnel segregate, adoptuniversal sorting procedure and prepare various types of scrap, as per customer needs. According to company policies, reports of segregated materials are prepared and records are maintained to help us provide service and satisfaction to our customers. Our in-house wet-analysis laboratory further enhances accuracy of sorting procedure as well as provide service to our customers and other traders in our area.
The "ready to deliver" scrap is marked accordingly and stored in a earmarked area dispatch against or specific demands.
SALES
Other than just supplying a particular scrap, our sales includes consultancy such as determining a type of scrap for our customer, depending on what he is manufacturing. e.g., charge scrap of once used, Carpenter Alloy - 20 is not advisable for producing sensitive alloy castings
of Carpenter Alloy - 20. We suggest use of Incolloy - 800 as melting base and good quality Ferro Molybdenum or Pure Molybdenum addition is preferred.
Our consultancy service is consistent, regardless of whether the end user is a small Foundry or a large mill.
EXPORTS
In principle, we have bilateral trade with most overseas clients, wherever feasible.
