Description Portland Cement I-42,5R; I-42,5N; I-52,5N (at customer's discretion).
Quality Quality of goods is corresponding to the enclosed 擟ertificate of Statistic Results on chemical, mineralogical, physic-mechanical testing CEM I-42,5R; I-42,5N; I-52,5N in accordance with Portland Cement EN 197? Additionally the quality of goods is determined in the port of shipment by the SGS laboratory. The selection of the probe for the analysis is carrying out in accordance with the procedure stated in the contract.
Quantity up to 1 000 000 (one million) Metric Tonnes (M.T.) per
year.
Packing Euro Standard, 50 Kg four-ply paper bags on plastic pallets or in Big Bag (FIBCs) 0,5; 1,00; 1,5 MT (at customer's discretion).
Terms of delivery In lots; water craft weighting from 12500 MT (depending on the port of unloading) in compliance with timetable stated in the contract. The first shipment is 12500 MT.
The maximum one-time lot of shipment by sea is possible
- from Novorossiysk port up to 35 000 tons
- from Sankt-Petersburg port up to 25 000 tons
DAF border Belarus Poland, Ukraine Slovakia, Ukraine Hungary.
Terms of delivery CIF ports of Mediterranean and Red Seas; Persian Gulf; Baltic and North
Seas.
Price on the terms of CIF Port of Mediterranean, Baltic and North Seas
39 USD per MT.
Price on the terms of DAF border Belarus Poland, Ukraine Slovakia, Ukraine Hungary.
The delivery by train in 2500 MT;
36 USD per MT.
The price is valid during the Year 2005.
The delivery to the ports of Red Sea and Persian Gulf is possible.
Payment Confirmed, documentary, transferable, irrevocable letter of credit, active 2 % of PB from the cost of the first shipment. The text of the letter of credit is submitted with Seller抯 bank approval and is enclosed to the contract. The letter of credit is set out by the acceptable European bank. The text of PB is submitted with the Buyer抯 bank approval and is enclosed to the contract. The contract is valid for one year
with prolongation possibility.
Procedure
1) Buyer submits Letter of Intent (LOI) and Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) or ICPO
2) Seller issues the FCO.
3) Buyer accepts and agrees the terms and conditions of the FCO by counter signature & companies stamp and sending it to the seller.
The total procedure is sent with FCO.
