It has successfully pioneered new ways of producing gold foil and in the process, developed many new products Currently our product offerings are divided into three major categories:
●Newly-developed Gold Foil Materials
One important index for gold is its purity. If the purity is above 99.9%, the gold is considered pure. Under traditional manufacturing of gold foil, other metals such as copper or silver are usually mixed in to enhance its mechanical characteristics, therefore the purity of such traditional gold foil can only reach 98%. Moreover, after being mixed with other metals, the gold foil color will change markedly, and even foils of the same production batch will have different colors.
If the gold foil is mixed with too many other metals, its color will change from its original state within one year.
Goldtech gold foil adopts many innovative and patented techniques to replace the traditional ones. Our products purity can reach 99.98% because the manufacturing process is completely automated in a sealed chamber. The high purity allows our gold foil products to achieve consistent color and the overlaid objects would not fade for a long period over a hundred years. Up to now, we are the only manufacturer in China providing pure gold foil for you.
●Patented Gold Paper
The pure gold paper for printing is a series of products manufactured with patented techniques (Patent No.: 610673 & 747674 & 747531), with 99.9% gold purity. It endures printing without any peeling off. As such it can be made into multiple surface patterns for different applications, mainly for making gold books, gold paintings, gold cards, gold stamps, wall paper decorations, etc.
●Unique machine-overlaid gold foil used for building materials
Glassy gold foil are developed and manufactured by our company using mechanical vacuum lamination process. End products such as glass mosaic, ceramic mosaic and gold foil overlaying ceramic tile, etc. produced from our gold foil show remarkable quality. The gold foil is adhered firmly onto the building materials entirely according to their surface patterns and textures with satisfactory gloss. Our products enjoy high quality far exceeding those pasted by hand. As we apply glues for different purposes during gold foil pasting, we can achieve different effects such as tensile resisting or water proof, etc., and up to now we are the only manufacturer which can make gold foil overlaying through machine operation for building materials.
Adopting a forward-looking strategy, the company boasts in its advanced pioneering techniques and superior product quality, with its production efficiency being improved by several times and even dozens of times compared to traditional ways. We have already achieved one item of Chinese Patent of Practical New Pattern, and one invention patent has passed preliminary examining and is now waiting for final approval. Meanwhile, we also have one item of Invention Patent and two items of Chinese Patent of Practical New Pattern under file pending. All these have opened a new epoch in the gold foil manufacture industry. |
