Brifly explained as below about functions and application for our daliy life
Vacuum containers have the following functions:
1) Strong Anti-Oxidization: Fresh Lock uses the principals of negative airtight vacuum pressure to keep food fresh inside the container. Fresh fruit, potato chips, desserts and other dried foods have shown especially good results.
2) Super Anti-Moisture Characteristic: Moisture affects foods and other articles. Dried food articles, which have absorbed moisture, can't stay fresh for too long. Moisture alters in negative way on expensive photography equipment and electronics parts as well. Now that we have Fresh Lock, we do not need to worry about the moisture problems anymore.
3) Block Off Invasion of Bacteria: Collibacillus, Staphylococci and Fungi are just some of the many kinds of bacteria floating in the air. Vacuum Containers should be used to keep and protect desserts, fruits, vegetables, bread and other high-moisture food from bacteria.
4) The Best Helper in Pickling Food: When pickling food and marinating meat, negative pressure helps shortening the time of the process.
