Paint: PVDF or Polyester (famous brand)
Normal PE core or FR (Fire resistance) PE core (Standard: B1)
Color: custom & special (see color chart)
Aluminum thickness: 0.12~0.50mm (Mainly 0.12/0.15/0.18/0.21/0.30//0.40/0.45/0.50)
Panel total thickness: 3mm(interior, polyester or PVDF) or 4mm(exterior, polyester or PVDF), etc
1- PVDF 3 coats made by Shenzhen Huayang(We have 5 coating lines in our factory.)
thickness of paint 28 - 29 um
2- Aluminium coils made and SouthWest,Chongqing
3- Protective film made by Novacel,France
4- PE particle made by Qilu,Shandong
5- Jesus adhesive made by SK Korea,more than 90 degree
6- back painted
7- peel off intension more than 9.5 Newton
8- surface level:best
9- quantity each month:80,000 S.Q.Meter
2.Terms:
Lead-time: 21 days after receiving your money (transport time not included)
Payment: irrevocable L/C or T/T in advance Bank: Bank of china
Terms of delivery: FOB Shanghai
Package: wooden case, 100 pieces/case;
In bulk, 3mm 1500pcs/20'container, 4mm1100pcs/20'container,
