Established in 1995, Shanghai BEST Industry & Commerce Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer that combines traditional Chinese herbal skincare recipes from the imperial palace with modern high-tech biological theory to produce herbal skincare products.

Hence, this know-how is more and more widely applied as intermedia, medical treatment and addictives by pharmaceutical and fine chemical organizations for functional skincare products.
