JacoTech serves the plastic lenticular lens extruding industry; whos customers then serves the lenticular graphic arts 3D or animated printing industry.
JacoTech now also serves the non-imaging optical lens industries, by manufacturing extrusion tools and molds for optical lens patterns in cylinders for plastic extruders/casting/embossing methods. We can make optical mold patterns such as: lens arrays, prisms, cubic corner reflective patterns used for road sign reflective films, and many more.
We can plate extrusion cylinders and diamond turn large roll parts as big as: 34" diamter x 126" length weighing up to 3 tons.
We ship lenticular and special optical engraved extrusion cylinders around the world.
