Sub : ANTICORROSIVE PAINT SYSTEMS FOR
MILD STEEL SURFACES
Dear Sir,

We would like to introduce our following products which will help the Ex-chquer to save crores of rupees spent on maintenance of mild steel structures :-

1. ZINKA- A 95% Zinc based anti corrosive primer.
2. RUST CON – RUST CONVERTER PRIMER
3. SM-RUB- Hypalon Based Rubber paint.

1. ZINKA- A 95% Zinc based anti corrosive primer -

ZINKA an anticorrosive single pack primer which can be applied on sandblasted mild steel surfaces as easily as a paint by brush or spray, giving an anticorrosive protection of more than 5 years in standard conditions.

On dry film, ZINKA contains 99.5% Zinc thereby offering better protection than any other available Zinc Rich Epoxy based primers. ZINKA is compatible to available industrial paints for top coats that further increases the life span of the base metal.

ZINKA is approved and certified as an anti corrosive primer by UDCT – 1000 Hrs. Salt spray test, I. I. T – 1000 Hrs. Salt Spray Test and PWD 2000 Hrs. Salt Spray Test. ASTM B117 (American Standard certified )

1 KG. ZINKA COVERS 40SQ.FT. (SINGLE COAT OF 40 MICRONS) By Brush.

• Reduces maintenance costs; the years of protection for structural and equipment surfaces eliminates the need for constant scraping, wire brushing and repainting.
Reduces production costs; eliminating the need to send parts out for hot dip, saving both time and money to the Ex-Chequer.

2. RUST CON – RUST CONVERTER PRIMER

We would like to introduce our product RUST CON – RUST CONVERTER PRIMER
which can be applied on sandblasted mild steel surfaces as easily as a paint by brush or spray, giving an anticorrosive protection for a minimum of 2 years in standard conditions and a Rust Conversion to the base Metal.

The conversion to base metal reaction takes place in max. 12 Hrs. on application.
The product is white in colour, after application it forms a black colour film on the metal surface, suggesting successful Rust Conversion.

Usage of RUST CON – RUST CONVERTER PRIMER on tor steel enhances the fusion bonding with concrete at least three times more than usual and is highly recommended in the construction industry against national disaster.

3. SM-RUB ( HYPALON BASED RUBBER PAINT )

SM-RUB ( HYPALON BASED RUBBER PAINT an anticorrosive single pack primer which can be applied on un-sandblasted mild steel surfaces or as a top coat on existing sand blasted, primer coated, mild steel surfaces as easily as a paint by brush or spray, giving an anticorrosive protection of more than 5 years in standard conditions.

SM-RUB HYPALON BASED RUBBER PAINT is approved and certified as an anti corrosive primer by I. I. T – 1000 Hrs. Salt Spray Test and PWD 2000 Hrs. Salt Spray Test.

1 Kg. Of SM-RUB COVERS 40 SQ.FT. by brush.
