Sino-Maple flooring apply itself to develop Environmental Multi Layer Engineered Flooring in China. It is a new flooring manufactory invested by Sino-Forest Group and focuses on plantation resources from itself fast-grown trees area.
Sino-Forest Group develop plantation business near upon 10 years, which had planted more than millions acres fast-grow forest, such as eucalypt, poplar etc. in China and founded a beneficial environmental industry chain from R&D, seedling, planting, forest, veneer, base panel to engineered flooring. Sino-forest makes a good model for the sustainable development of China timber industry. The production base of Sino-Maple flooring located in Suzhou around 120 kilometers from Pudong airport, shanghai.
The factory has one of the biggest multi-layer engineer flooring manufacturing line in Asia with annual production of 10 million square meters. We use many advanced appropriative machinery for our engineer flooring production, including Ceremona slicer from Italy, frame Band Saw from Austria, Kuper cliper from Germany, and vacuum dehumidify drier, micro-wave drier and so on. All of these equipments cover the whole manufacturing process of engineer flooring, from top layer, multi-layer, base panel manufacturing to surface of flooring texture processing, staining, coating and finally give the convincing guarantee for the quality of Sino-Maple flooring.
Main species: Jatoba, Merbau, Black Walnut, Hard Maple, Chinese Maple, Oak, Red Oak, Ash, Beech, Chinese Cherry, American Cherry, Teak, Sapele, Iroko, Doussie etc.
Wear layer: 0.6mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm lamella.
Base Panel: 5-11 layers high quality plywood(birch or eucalyptus).
