JiNan Dongfeng Bearing CO.,Ltd.is a backbone enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery specializing in the production of bearings,It has been producting for 38 years now developed into a local large-size enterprise with complete rangs of fabricating machinery,measuring instruments and inspecting device,and astrong technical force.
Its main products are the four categories of bearing 6,7,3and5(original 0,6,7and8),the outer spherical ball bearing with housing and the bearing on driller for hydrogelogic drilling,which are widely used in many industrial sectors,such as automobile,tractor,tool machine,ekectric machine,mine,metallrugy,engineering machinery,and locomative and wagon,The products sell well in 29 provinces,cities and autonomous regions,and 32 countries and regions.The products have reached 54 size series with about 800 varieties in an accumulative total and wiidely adopted ISO bearing standard and computer-aided optimum design.
The Shandong provincial quality control and inspecting center for bearing is located in the factory taking up the task of quality inspecting and arbitrament of the province's bearing products.The factory widely adopts the ISO 9000 series standard and a perfect quality control system so that its products win a higher reputation in home and foreign markets,and was set as an exporting enterprise of exempting of custorm's examination in 1980.Its main products,bearings 6208,6307and6309,won the national silver prize and the Ministry's high quality prize in 1984.The outer spherical ball bearing with housing gained the province's high quality prize and especially,the bearing 6307 got a first in terms of service life among products in the performance analysis and test comparing of home and foreign bearings sponsored by the Ministry of Machinery in 1985.
To adapt the development of the market economy and to play a full role in the advantage of scale benefit,a fund worth 50 million yuan has recently appropricated to the factory's technical innovation in a bid to enhance manufacturing and management levels and to strive for establishing a bearing group having advanced manufacturing technology and a good service system.
