The company is equipped by 378 sets of shuttleless looms advanced in the world, including 242 sets of air-jet looms, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons yarns and 70,000,000 meters fabrics, and it earns a annual revenue of $90 million and foreign exchange $10 million. The company will reach a production scale of 500 sets air-jet looms, and that by then it will become the largest product base of extra-broad fabric in the northern of China till 2006.
The main products are quality yarns with material of cotton, poly/cotton and other blends, and quality woven grey fabrics with material of cotton, polyester, bamboo and blended, with count up to 120s, and width range from 47 inch to 145 inch. All the fabrics are produced for high-grade garments, functional decorative products, household textiles, and etc, especially famous for the series of bamboo and tencel products and the fabric with Coolbest fiber is in the list of the 2005 National Torch Plan.
The company has been approved by the system of ISO9001 and is making preparation for the approval of OHSAS18000 system. We always pay attention to the production development pulled by science and technology, and now the center of new products development is set up jointed by many universities and institutes.
