With the "high-tech, high-quality, cost-effective" products and services, it has a very good reputation in domestic and overseas markets in the lines of Agriculture and Stockbreeding.
Company currently employs many biochemistry, animal nutrition, aquaculture experts with doctoral or master's degree, and more than 85% staff members are graduated from college or higher. Company has its own research and development center: Guangzhou Leader Feed Additives Research Centre which is cooperated with Nanjing Agricultural University, also it has established cooperative relations with many famous universities and colleges, research units.
Along with the constant optimization of the industrial structure of China's agriculture and rapid development of livestock, the company has successfully completed the First Five-Year Plan. In the first five years, Company endeavored to feed pigmentation research, its principal product "Leader Yellow" was honor as the "High Quality Products in Eighth National Feed Additives Academic" and "Credible Products of National Feed Industry" by China Feed Industry Associations in 2004. New product "Jiuzhou Red", contained Canthaxanthin(2. 5/10%) which can substitute to import Carophyll Red completely reflected good in the introduction of market. With the expansion of the company, two subsidiaries has been built: Guangzhou Xintun Aquatic Technology Co, . Ltd.; Heilongjiang Leader Biology Engineering Co., Ltd., and more than three million acres marigold base has been planted in Xinjiang and Heilongjiang. The "Leader yellow" product sales more than 2, 000 tons per year, and the other feed additives products also occupy a larger market share in China. In 2005, the company"s sales amount over 60 million yuan, ranked first five domestic feed additives industry in China; In 2006, the company plans to achieve 85 million yuan in sales.
In the second Five-Year Plan, the corporation has decided to invest 35 million yuan to build a large modern manufacturing base. The first investment of 10 million to establish a new production base; 15 million investment in the second phase, building new production lines to expand production capacity and improve the company's production; Phase III of 10 million investment to improve productivity and expand the production base building. As Xanthophyll has a very ready market prospects in domestic and overseas markets, in the second Five-Year Plan, the company will also use it to develop a new product for human health.
