We are taking orders for monocrystalline silicon ingots, cells, and panels. Utilizing Czochralski (CZ) method, our 99.9999 purity (6N = 6 Nine's) silicon ingots are produced with the following features: dimensions are
4-8 inches (122-243 mm) diameter, 3 to 5 feet long; n and p types, doped with dopant of your choice; resistivity 0.5-6 ohms; orientation 1-0-0, or as ordered. Bring us YOUR specifications, and we will make them accordingly.
