Our Technology
Metal can be forged into infinite variety of shapes which are difficult to be produced by conventional machining and fabrication techniques. The products, which produced by forging method, have no porosity and get superiorly smooth surface. Since it doesn't suffer from internal stresses, the products' grain structure has been improved. And therefore, the strength of the products is enhanced. Our products have been used to various industries, such as sanitary ware, bathroom accessories, lighting, valves, and door handles and knobs. Metal forging is particularly suitable for the products which are complicated in shapes with highly dense structures. Our forging technology is suitable for brass, copper, and aluminium.
Our Service
Customers are welcome to provide us drawings or samples for production. Apart from forging, we also provide machining, drilling, milling, polishing, painting, plating, finishing, and assembly services.
