We only supplies quality plastic injection molds from our ISO 9001 accredited facility in our factory and only quality steels are used in our molds. In Lee On Mould, we do not talk about quality, we invest in it. Most of facilities are from world famous companies such as Decke Maho, Makino, Charmilles, Mitutoyo, Toshiba, Nissel and so on. With advanced equipment and superior quality, Lee On Mould has collaborated with many world famous companies such as Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, Toyota etc.
With accelerated rate of globalization, more and more companies seek overseas partners to increase their profitability. At present 60% of our moulds are exported to Japan and 30% are exported to North America and Europe so we have a better understanding of different Mould standards such as the DME, HASCO, DAIDO, FUTABA, LKM as well as their stardard components. In order to provide sufficient support to our overseas customers, our project engineers work late every day to have instant communication with our customers.
