introduce CaCO3 Masterbatch(HILENE F-850P &
HILENE F-850L) added to PE(HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE)
film products such as PE shopping bags, garbage
bags and T-shirts bags etc to all the PE film
products(PE shopping bags and garbage bags etc)
producers in worldwide as follows.
1. CaCO3 Masterbatch HILENE F-850P & F-850L
- Application : for the adding use to HDPE/LDPE/
LLDPE film products(PE shopping bags, garbage
bags, T-shirts bags etc.)
- Recommendable Adding Ratio of CaCO3 Masterbatch
HILENE F-850P & F-850L to HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE
resin.
1) Generally 25-20 wt% of HILENE F-850P & F-850L
with 75-80 wt% of virgin HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE
resin.
2) Minimum 15-10 wt% of HILENE F-850P & F-850L
3) Maximum 35-40 wt% of HILENE F-850P & F-850L
* The suitable adding ratio shall be controlled
and adusted by PE film producers according to
the producer's PE film specification and PE
film manufacturing processability.
- Advantages with the adding use of CaCO3 MB
HILENE F-850P & F-850L.
1) PE film products producers can reduce their
raw material cost so much in the manufacture
of the PE film products. That is because the
price of CaCO3 Masterbatch HILENE is much
lower than that of virgin HDPE/LDPE/LLDE
resin.
2) Anti-blocking effect on the surface of PE
film products.
3) Weight Increasing effect of PE film products.
