Taiyuan Xingyuan Biochemistry Limited Company was established on May 15, 2001, and its registered fund is 5,000,000 yaun RMB. Originally its name was 9702 plant of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army i.e. Hongxing Fined Chemical Plant. In 1998, according to the policy of the Central Government - “army could not engage in business any more”, it has changed its system. Being approved by the State Council and the Central Military Commission of the P.R.C., it was transferred to the Hongkong Fufeng International Investment Limited Company, and was issued an approved certificate for the enterprise invested by Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese of P.R.C. by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and registered an sole foreign funded enterprise which named as Taiyuan Xingyuan Biochemistry Limited Company.
After changed its system, The Company has remained the army’s good work style, and absorbed domestic advanced management method, and set up the guiding thought of managing company. It takes the “technology to be advance, management to be scientific, products to be excellent and reputation to be first” as a purpose of managing the company.
The company’s system is a general manager responsible system under the leadership of the board of directors, and is an enterprise integrated with scientific research, development, production and marketing. The company has 4 production workshops and produce The plant withdraws with the fine chemical engineering department etc. The plant is located at No.65 Shuangta south lane of Taiyuan city, and is about 1000 m to Jianshe Road that is a main road in Taiyuan city.
