Foshan Rishunfeng Industry Co., Ltd. before it was Shunde Magang Modern Kitchen Equipment Manufacturer ,which founded in 1988, located in Ronggui, the town of electric appliance in the Pearl River Delta, integrates development, production and management of European-style cooker hood, embedded gas cooker and integral kitchen cabinet. Rishunfeng implements the professional management upon diversified products. Under the company are three independent entities: Cooker hood, Gas cooker, and Kitchen cabinet. Rishunfeng employs over 400 staff including 80 technicians and has workshop of 20,000sq.m. and an annual capacity of 600 thousand European-style cooker hoops, 300 thousand embedded gas cookers, and 80 thousand kitchen cabinets .
　　 As one of the earliest Chinese manufacturers of European-style cooker hood, Rishunfeng has adopted the advanced management experience at home and abroad, forged ahead through innovation, and formed a strict, efficient, scientific and rational mode that fits the modern production and management. With the specialist talents, advance equipment, complete engineering technology, and strict and efficient quality assurance system, Rishunfeng has developed quality products. Through OEM/ODM, Rishunfeng has established the steady strategic relationship with some retail giants and famous manufacturers of kitchenware at home and abroad. Its European-style cooker hood has led the industry since 2002, and Rishunfeng has blossomed into one of Top 10 OEM/ODM Manufacturers of well-known kitchenware and sanitary ware in China, with products sold to Europe, America, Australia, etc.
　　 In 2002, Rishunfeng passed the certification of ISO9001 and established its own reliable quality assurance and service systems. As Rishunfeng orients itself to OEM/ODM, most of its products have passed the certification of CCC, GS, CE, CB, ETL, CSA, SAA, UL, SASO, ROHS, etc. With focus on competitive force of product, Rishunfeng has innovated in technology, invited a group of industrial experts, and established R&D center at industrial level with 30 senior engineers. In terms of design, Rishunfeng adopts three-dimensional design system from UG and PDM system. Additionally, Rishunfeng has introduced X-ray spectrum analyzer and established ROHS laboratory to test product performance. To stabilize technique and product quality, Rishunfeng has introduced CNC lathe and CNC bending machine from Belgium, high-speed auto precision punch from Japan, and laser cutting machine from Germany. The leading “hardware” and “software” bring Rishunfeng products in one-up appearance, structure, technique, integral performance, environmental protection and novelty. Through the specialized production in scale, Rishunfeng has continuously improved its manufacturing technique and precision and has developed into a pacemaker in medium and high grade kitchenware manufacturing industry.
