Located at LINYI city, SHANDONG province, it founded in 2005, is a mill specialized in producing carbon and alloy seamless steel pipes.
The company covers area of 180, 000 square meters, with annual capacity of 200, 000 tons cold drawn seamless tube and alloy seamless steel tube, size arrange from OD10mm up to O D219mm and wall thickness from 1.0mm to 20mm. The maximum tube length reaches 16 meters long. Main standard contains GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN and BS standard etc. Main products include structural seamless carbon steel tube, seamless carbon steel pipe for liquid, petroleum cracking and equipment, pressure boiler tube, heat exchanger and condenser tubes which widely used in industrial power station boiler, petrochemical refinery. Etc. And we have attained the ISO9001 certificate, boiler and pressure carbon steel pipe certificate.
Equipped with advanced equipment of the process and complete facilities for the final inspection and analysis, comply with quality control system, all the products conform to both national standard and international specification, and sell well in domestic and international market. OUR NEW PRODUCTION LINE for making cold drawn seamless steel pipe CAN BE PUT IN to use on May 15th, 2007. It majors in seamless steel pipe of small Caliber. The Annual production capacity can be 20, 000 tons. Size arrange from OD3/8'' up to O D1'', and wall thickness SCH40, SCH80, SCH160. |
