Company Background
What is today one of the largest commercial agricultural product manufacturers in the continent, started out more than two decades ago as a modest wholesale produce company. For many years the company, founded by Foreman H. Nelson, also manufactured commercial animal feed and successfully merchandised a variety of home food storage products and fine nuts.

Then in 1994, Foreman sold shares of the company to two friends and renamed the company to Foremen.

They(Foremen) later formulated a dry pelleted fish feed for sale in Asia. The demand for the new product was so overwhelming that within two years the company dedicated all of its resources and time to manufacturing same Feed.

After Three years of operating as a feed company, foremen decided to move more into the Agro Inductry as they added Bulk Oil sales to Foremen's service, after 18 months of successful sale in the oil inductry, foremen invented their first oil refinery in Taiwan ad later on turn out to be a sole business on the compay.

Other part of Agrofields Foremens has included thier self in are Crop Plantations, Poultry Brids, Sugar and many more to be confirmed on sales.

Management
Administratively, the family has equally divided the responsibilities of operation of the company. Richard is in charge of securing and purchasing quality ingredients from around the world and handling general administration, while Dana is responsible for quality-assured production and Chris is responsible for sales and service.

Three childhood friends are now actively involved in the day-to-day management and operation of Foremen Farm Ltd merging the dynamics of youthful energy with three decades of experience left by their forebearers.

It is this friendship involvement that keeps the company growing each year. Foremen Nelson believed in keeping in personal touch with his customers. This habbit, he his friends has learn from and the whole company is making thier step and sale with his type of customer satisfactory act.

Production
Foremen Farm Ltd™ products are processed with modern facilities using leading-edge quality assurance techniques. Because foremen are are splitted into standing company and the board of directors has given no chance of contamination from other products; This enables us to produce the highest quality and purity in each segments.

Fish Feeds
In most cases, feed is manufactured only after an order is received, so the feed is delivered is as fresh as possible. Samples are regularly analyzed, in our plants, and by independent testing laboratories before shipping to preserve the integrity of our products. Our policy has long been to not only meet, but to exceed, prevailing industry standards. For instance, we exceed the known requirements for vitamins set forth by the National Research Council in its guidelines for fish feed.

We process ingredients only after your order is received to guarantee maximum freshness and shelf life. We also maintain a customer usage register so that we can quickly and accurately give you a computerized report of your purchases to date, when requested. This saves you valuable bookkeeping time.

Quality Control
Foremen Foremen Farm Ltd™ Fish Feed conforms to the latest federal Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point requirements which must be met by aquaculturists. This means we make analysis of the product during production at critical control points. Doing so allows any changes necessary to preserve product integrity to be made at critical stages before completion of a product run.
In addition, we get certified analysis of the ingredients we purchase from our suppliers to further guarantee quality. We are also an FDA-1900 facility, which allows us to use FDA-approved medications for prevention and treatment of diseases in cultivated fish.

Quality Ingredients
Foremen Farm Ltd™ Fish Feed contains only quality ingredients formulated into high protein diets for fish of all sizes. The original formulas were devised more than three decades ago by three of the sons of Foremen Nelson. Since then, the latest research and technology have been used to continue to improve the formulas.

The result is the finest fish feed on the market today. It is comprised of the finest quality fish meal and marine lipids, soybean meal, select grain products, flour, mineral and other choice ingredients. Each is the finest of its kind. Our experienced buyers maintain contacts around the world to obtain only the highest grade raw materials. When superior grade materials are available, we buy in large quantities and properly store them in our facilities to be sure of a constant supply. All purchases are made on the basis of a highly regulated certified sampling and analysis method to guarantee quality and purity.
