Xinjiang Jingxin Silicon Products Co.,Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in production of silicon metal, lies in Manas County, Xinjiang, China. The plant has 333,000 square meters. The company established in Oct.2005. We have full electric and material resource to produce high quality silicon metal. We invested RMB 25 Millions to introduce into advanced equipment to build 2 stoves of 8000KVA at first, annual quantity is above 10,000 MT. The second phase project was invested 50 Millions in 2007, annual quantity is above 30,000 MT, the value is above 200 Millions.

We have 28 people of intermediate and senior professionals. The company features perfect administration system, precise detective and analytical methods, advanced manufacturing equipment and abundant capital. JIngxin Company combines flexible management mechanism with capital advantages, pays attention to management and quality. We have established long-term stable cooperation relations with many company in domestic and oversea market, the products are exported to Japan, Korea, India,mid-east, EC and USA etc. Products of the company enjoy high prestige at home and abroad for stable quality. Products
Industrial silicon is called silicon metal . It is silver gray or dark gray with metallic luster. Of high melting point, good heat resistance, high resistivity and superior oxidation resistance, it's called "industrial glutamate", which is an essential basic raw material in hi-tech industry. It has broad use in metallurgy, fine chemical, aviation, shipping manufacture, energy sources, electron etc. It is an important material for chemical and electronic industries and for producers of aluminium alloys. Quartz and the carbon materials coal and coke are raw materials for the silicon metal production. In aluminium alloys, silicon increases intensity, toughness and casting property. In the chemical industry, silicon metal is used to produce silicone, a synthetic polymer (a string of long molecular chains) with special and varying properties. Silicones have stable thermal properties, which are resistant to decomposition and chemicals, and are biologically adaptable. A distinction is made between hard, pliable and liquid silicone. Among others, silicones are used in lubricants, sealing compounds, cosmetics, textiles, electrical insulation materials for medical equipment, and car parts.
