Our company is located in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province and near by the famous hardware Yongkang City. We enjoy convenient transportation access. Our company has more than 100 staff, including 2 advanced engineers and more than 10 specialized technical personnel. The company has passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Certitification to enjoy its own quota for import and export business,amd sets the fast spectrometer analysis instrument .
The infrastructure of our company is complete. In order to enhance the development speed of the new product better and quicker, our company specially invested the mould workshop. The CAD/CAM system for mould design and the manufacture adopts the world most advanced EDS Corporation's UG (the CAD/CAM integration) software at the present, simultaneously assisted by Auto CAD, MASTERCAM, CIMATRON, Pro-Engineer and some designs software, has guaranteed the mould design and the precision and the unity of the production.
Our mould processing equipment includes the CNC processing center, the numerical control electric spark, the line cut equipment and so on. We have rich OEM product manufacture experience, advanced technology and strong hardware strength. With the domestic advanced casting equipment, the quality instrumentation as well as the science reasonable production assembly line, for satisfied the demands of the customer and the product quality laid the solid foundation.
Our company can produce 5g to the 200kg carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and different material quality precision casting. We mainly produce power tool series components, electric appliance switch connection components, the special-purpose tool and cabinet components, sports equipment and anti-rub components, automobile fitting, valve and valve body, other mechanical product components and so on.
