Fuyuan Turbochargers Co., Ltd. is a joint venture found in 1972. It locates in the famous kite city- Weifang, Shandong Province and covers an area of 140,000m2 and has 400 staffs. It is the biggest science and research base for producing turbochargers in north of China.
As a leading company specializing in turbocharger R&D, manufacturing and sale, it has an annual production capacity of 400,000 sets. The products cover 20 main series, more than 150 kinds of turbochargers. The diameter of impellers is from Φ36mm to Φ200mm which can meet the need of 30-2400kW diesel engine machine, natural gas engine machine and coal gas engine machine.
Fuyuan is among the first to get ISO9001, ISO/TS16949,ISO14001 and OHSAS18001certification. It imports lots of advanced processing equipments such as digital-controlled cutting center, inversion-style cutting center, five-bearings processing center, digital-controlled grinder and mill center from foreign countries like USA, Germany, UK, Japan, Korea and so on. It has cooperation relationship with Concepts NREC from USA and Tsinghua University. The products have got 20 national patents. Fuyuan trademark is one of the famous trademarks in Shandong Province. Center for R&D technology of the company has been appointed as technology center of provincial enterprises. |
