The following technical barriers, such as homogeneous coating on large area, multi-component doping, combination of multi-layers, blocking off the penetration of alkali ions, have been overcome successfully. Large scale automatic control production line has also been built in the company.
The advantages of sol-gel dip-coating have been employed into the screening glass series. The nano-porous film gives the glass the anti-glare characteristics, combination of multi-layers enhance its transmittance, sintering at relative high temperature leads chemical binding between coating and substrate. The dip-coated glass also occupy satisfactory cold or thermal process capacity. |
