Changsha Tianhe Drilling Tools and Machinery Co., Ltd., which is located in Hanpu Scientific and Educational Park, Wangcheng County, Changsha, Hunan, China, has become a specializing plant producing various drilling tools for soil and rock excavation projects. It is also a member unit of the council of China Drill Steel and Drilling Tool Association. It also has a long-term close technical cooperation with Changsha Mine Research Institute, Centre South University, Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Co., Ltd. and some other research and production units. The quality management system has passed the certification of ISO 9001:2000.
Technical Team:
At present, there are more than 120 people in the company. The technical team is composed of some technical personals devoting themselves to studying on the research and manufacture of drilling tools. Among them, eighteen people have the middle-class and high-class technical titles, covering majors of metal material, heat-treatment, powder metallurgy and machinery design. Besides, Li Zhaohe, who is drilling tools expert winning national technical allowance, is invited to be our technical consulter.
Products System:
There are four main series of products in our company: 1. Drilling tools with large diameters for deep hole and super deep hole drilling. 2.DTH hammers and their matched drilling bits under different working air pressure. 3. Concentric and eccentric reaming drilling tools followed by casing drilling. 4. Drilling tools and parts matched with rock drill under hydraulic pressure. Our DTH drilling tools have most of varieties and specifications in the same line. Among our various products, the deep hole DTH rock drill bit and the hammer with supper large diameter which are independently researched and exploited by our company, are international first-level products.
Since the very establishment of the company, the company has been focusing on ever-lastly renovating and improving our products. The quality criteria in the company are met with which are required in API system. The application fields of our products have expanded from mine and hydroelectric engineering to oil and nature gas engineering, bridge building, geological exploitation, water-well drilling, geothermal hole drilling, municipal engineering and so on.
Development Object:
With the development of rock drill technology at home and abroad, the deep-hole DTH rock drill tools with features of high efficiency, low consumption, long life span are increasingly expanded its application field. Following the thought of “pursuit to be precise and creative”, basing on the core technique of rock drill tools and crucial equipment, the company is increasing the input on science and technology, trying its utmost to research and exploit the new species and techniques. Our object is to make efforts to set up the international first-class enterprise on manufacture and research of drilling tools. |
