Xiangtan Jufa Pigment Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise which incorporates the R&D, production and marketing of high performance compound inorganic pigments and cadmium series pigments as well as selenium dioxide. Founded in 1992, our company covers an area of more than 90000 square meters, and owns fixed assets of RMB25 million and employees nearly 500 personnel. Our company possesses 4 production-based factories and a sales team of more than 30 persons.
With a production capacity of more than 10,000 metric tons, our company mainly specializes in the production of more than 100 varieties of high performance compound inorganic pigments, cadmium series pigments of top, medium & low grades, which are widely used in the colorations of coil coatings, powder coatings, automobile coatings, outdoor building materials, artist painting coatings, road sign coatings, plastics, toy plastics, food contact packaging plastics, painting inks, and master batch coatings as well as high quality industrial coatings.
The high performance compound inorganic pigment which is researched and developed by ourselves, has been put into formal production since August, 2008. Our quality and production capacity is in the leading position in China at present. The main types of our products include Nickle titanate yellow, Titanate chrome brown, Cobalt titanate green, Cobalt blue, Copper chrome black, and Bismuth vanadate/molybdate yellow. These products have already been tested by SGS, completely matching EU RoHS standard, and are non-toxic.
Our company was formerly Xiangtan Feihong Pigment Chemical Co., Ltd., which mainly produced cadmium series pigment. With a view to our long-term development, we have invested RMB10 million in Pingxiang County, Jiangxi Province, with an area of 66670 square meters (about 100mu). We have also introduced top quality techniques and workmanship as well as equipment, and already built up first-grade cadmium series production base in China. At present, the production capacity of this series of pigment has reached 3000 metric ton per year. We professionally produce inorganic pigments such as Cadmium red, Cadmium yellow, Cadmium orange, and Cadmium carbonate. This series of products have been the best selling products in Chinese market and are well accepted by many customers.
Our subsidiary company, Xiangtan Jurong Technology Development Co., Ltd. began to produce Selenium Dioxide in 2004. Through 5 years of upgrading and renewal of equipment, we have already owned 2 professional Selenium Dioxide production lines, with yearly output reaching 80 metric tons. These products have more than 10% market shares in China now. Our goal is to provide good quality additives to electrolytic manganese enterprises and help them improve their production efficiency.
