At present, Longting production base is well-equipped, has 2000T hydraulic machine, sheet metal Flap pipeline, 200T bending machines, door frame automatic molding machines and other advanced heavy equipments, it also builts four security door spraying painting lines; Carpentry equipment has pressing multi-plane Machines, anode&cathode 3D pressing machine, all-purpose covering machine, sculpture and other large computer industry-leading equipment; doors of surface treatment has a large clean spraying workshop.
R & D department has professional engineering and technical more than 20 personnel. They are tracking the forefront of door industry to improvement and design new products every year. The company sets up special Quality Management Division, in which has more than 40 QC in materials testing, inspection and product testing processes who inspect according to ISO9001 standards of quality systems on the entire process to ensure the quality good all the time.
