Corn plumule, sincerely selected and with high quality, is the raw material of corn oil. Separated from corn, corn plumule concentrate with corn’s full cream. After the production art of plumule squeezing and cold pressing, corn plumule is made into crude corn oil which can enter into refining workshop directly. With the processes of dehydration, degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and dewaxing and so on, crude corn oil can be made into corn oil of first grade, second grade and forth grade. From the material to the product, all the equipments run automatically and all bring into detection management and computer control. Also, Semi-finished product and finished product will be tracked and detected. All workers enter into the workshop with six steps of washing hands to disinfect in the process of production. With fully operation without bacteria and the flow process, the high qualified product is made from the high qualified produciton environment.
