Beginning foodstuff trade in 1977, Memisoglu Company maintains its activities in Mersin since 1991. Located on a total area 45.000 sq meters, 22.000 sq meters which is closed, the firm has rice factory , lentils factory , bulgur factory and processing all pulses products as Chick peas (Garbanzo Beans), Chickpeas flour, Red Lentils, Bulgur, White Beans , Barbunia beans and All kinds of Agricultural Products. Total capacity of firm is daily 700 tonnes. Memisoglu Company has regularly increased its capacity and has made its registered brand ‘TAT’ as a sought brand both in domestic and international market. Tat Pulses was awarded by customers as the Gold Brand among pulses brand in 2006.
Pointing out that Memisoglu would obtain its first class agricultural products from the outstanding regions via its experts. Memisoglu Company prepares its products in the modern facilities in 25 kg, and 50 kg pp bags and from the 1000 gr to 5.000 gr packages options in the modern and hygienic facilities suitable to the health conditions. The packages are prepared by the calibrating control, damp measuring and cooking test in carefully way. The firm follows the world’s pulses market closely and exports their pulses products to around 55 countries in the world like USA, England, UAE, Lebanon, Jordan, Italy, and France. Memisoglu Company had around 24 million dollar export sale and 50 million dollar domestic sale in 2008. Memisoglu Company produces its products confirming to the TSE-EN-ISO 22000 Food Security Management System, TSE-EN- ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. |
