PINGHU CITY HAITE ALLOY CO.,LTD. is specialized in producing tungsten contacts, tungsten sheets which are used in automobile platinum, auto horn, electric appliance. It can annually produce 80 million tungsten sheets, 60 million tungsten contacts, 30 tons of high specific gravity tungsten-base alloy.

Now it has the first-class production equipments such as 32 sets of tungsten lever cutter, 2 sets of flat grinding machine, 2 sets of centrifugal polisher, 3 sets of punch machine, 4 sets of fully automatic high-speed precision press machine, 2 sets of high temperature sintering furnace, 2 sets of reducing furnace, 1 set of hydrogen protection fully automatic brazing furnace, 3 sets of hydrogen making furnace, 1 set of nitrogen making machine, several sets of ultrasonic wave purified water cleaner, multiple sets of ball crusher, centerless cylindrical grinder and so forth. It is also equipped with the detecting facilities such as chemical analysis, metallographic, hardness, harmless flaw detection etc.
Our company integrates the product research, development, manufacture, sales into a whole. It produces all kinds of electric apparatus tungsten contacts, high specific gravity tungsten-base alloy small spares with various complex shapes, high accuracy and difficulty, fine structure.
Productive range: tungsten contact, tungsten sheet. Thickness: Above h0.50mm. Diameter:Φ2.00～10.00mm. Sphere:SR:13mm-50mm. High specific gravity alloy weight: 0.02g～200g. Allowable tolerance: ±0.02mm～±0.06mm.
The current productive capacity with various specifications are as follows:
6.5 million cutting tungsten sheets; 800,000 perforating sheets; 500,000 spherical sheets 5 million tungsten contacts.
Allowable tolerance range can be d.h±0.03mm. Degree of roughness≤0.04um.
