Ningbo Zhehua Heavy Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Huaye Iron & Steel Group, is a large-scale enterprise specialized in manufacturing large-diameter, longitudinal seam, double-side, submerged-arc welded steel pipes and spiral seam, double-side, submerged-arc welded steel pipes. The Company Established in 2004, the Company now has more than 300 employees, a registered capital of RMB40,000,000, and a 80,000 square-meter site in the Ningbo Camel Mechanical and Electrical Industrial Park, which is of convenient transportation, with State Highway 319 and Expressway-Ring around Ningbo City (Baoguoshi Exit) in the vicinity and Port of Ningbo only 15 kilometers away.
With one domestically advanced JCOE production line for large-diameter, double-side, submerged-arc welded steel pipes, three US Lincoln production lines for spiral seam, double-side, submerged-arc welded steel pipes and two REF production lines for roll-bending, double-side, submerged-arc welded steel pipes, the Company is specialized in manufacturing large-diameter, double-side, submerged-arc welded steel pipes and spiral seam steel pipes, with diameters from 219mm to 3420mm and thickness from 6mm to 45mm. The annual manufacturing capacity of Ningbo Zhehua Heavy Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is more than 300,000 tons, and the Company’s products are extensively used for pressure pipelines of water, gas and oil, and for piling pipes of large-size bridges, ports and foundations of municipal constructions.
After years of operation, the Company’s product quality is satisfactory to the internationally standards. The ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification, API 5L Certification, China National Industrial Product Manufacture License and Pressure Conduit Components Manufacture License are guarantees for stable quality of the Company’s products.
Supported by its accomplished technologies, excellent staff team and advanced equipment, Ningbo Zhehua Heavy Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has supplied more than 600,000 tons of special pressure pipes and fittings to projects including the Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Shaoxing Binhai New Development Zone, Zhoushan Continental Water Diversion Works, Huzhou Tiger Pond Reservoir Water Diversion Work, Yong-Tai-Wen (Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou) Railway and Wen-Fu (Wenzhou-Fuzhou) Railway, Jin Run 300,000-ton Port, Caofeidian Iron and Steel Base Project of Capital Iron and Steel Company, German Bayer Project, Zhenhai Refining and Chemicals Project, Leqing Power Plant, Lanxi Power Plant, etc. The Company now has an annual output of more than 300,000 tons, and its products are being distributed in over 30 countries and regions and are extensively approved by the customers.
