You can pay for your prepaid products three (3) ways:
• By completing the registration form you can decide how much you would like to spend on your prepaid
products per month. We will submit a request to your bank to transfer the funds to your
CIHPPOL account. This only takes place on the date that you specify every month.
• By paying the money into the CIHPPOL Electronic Transfer bank account.
• By going to any FNB branch in RSA and paying cash into the CIHPPOL Cash account.
How CIH Prepaid Online works:
• You complete the form and hand it to your agent.
• The agent will confirm your details with you and capture your details on the
CIH Prepaid Online system. We submit your details to the banking
system to verify your account details.
• You will receive a message from CIH Prepaid Online that will welcome
you to the service. This message will include your CIH Prepaid Online PIN number.
Please store this number in a safe place, it will be required by call centre personnel if
you request the changing of your profile.
• We deduct the funds from your bank account for the value that you specify
and on the date you specify.
• As soon as your bank clears the payment they will notify us electronically.
You will receive a sms that will notify you of the payment that we received.
• You must recharge your device the same way that you normally do with a voucher that you
buy from any vendor.
• To order any product send a sms to 31026 with the name followed by the value of the product.
E.g. Vodacom29, or Eskom50, or MTN180
• If you need the Cash Account bank details of CIHPPOL send “Bank” to 31026 ,
we will send a sms back to your telephone with the details of the CIHPPOL Cash account.
• If you need to know the current balance of your CIHPPOL account, send “Bal” to 31026, we will
send a sms back to your telephone with your current balance included in the sms.
