Contactless card is also called RF(radio-wave frequency) card. Our contactless card has adopted the most advanced American AIT process. The core of AIT technology is inlay embedding and module welding. The inlay is embedded into the PVC sheet accurately by ultrasonic measurement and then the module and the inlay are welded within nitrogen gas surrounding.

2. Thermal Rewritable Card, Visual Card, Thermal Card, Loyalty Card,Membership Card

2005, we have been successful in introducing a new kind of card from Japan, Thermal rewrite card/ Visual card. With the operation of thermal printer, the patent rewritable material on PET/PVC card surface can be written, erased, re-written for a minimum of 500 times.

It is an innovative technology which makes information stored inside "hidden" magnetic stripe or IC chip shown on card surface human visually. All text or graphics are permanent on card surface until erased by thermal print head of printer.

3. Magnetic Card

Our magnetic card is produced in a very good environment. ISO9000 and MasterCard management concept has embodied everywhere in the production. We have adopted KURZ full automatic eight trace magnetic stamping machine from Germany. The annual capacity for magcard is 180 million cards. Coercivity is the property of a magnetic stripe that indicates its resistance to demagnetization. It is measured in Oersteds (OE). The coercivity of a regular credit card is about 300 OE, and considered as low coercivity(LoCo). High coercivity (HiCo) magnetic stripe, however, usually has coercivity values ranging from 2500 to 4000 Oe. High-coercivity cards are currently used in applications which need performance such as in critical test equipment. HiCo is superior to LoCo in decreasing the chances of accidental data lost. However, due to the cost of encoding, LoCo technology is still very popular. Our Magnetic card and Hico magnetic cards detail as following: CR-80 Size (85.47~85.72mm x 53.20~54.03mm) Thickness - Variable 0.25mm to 0.81mm, (Standard) - Specify 0.76mm Color: White (Blank), Available with offset printing and silk-screen printability with logo or numbering on. The SLE-4442 Secure Memory Card is one of the most popular "Smart Memory Cards" in the world. This chip includes an intelligent 256-Byte EEPROM with Write Protect Function and Programmable Security Code (PSC). This chip contains and EEPROM organized 1024 x 8 bit offering the possibility of programmable write protection for each byte. Reading of the whole memory is always possible. The memory can be written and erased byte by byte.
Data can only be changed after entry of the correct 3-byte programmable security code (security memory).
