1. silicone rubber heater

Silicon Rubber Heaters have wire-wound or etched foil heating elements protected by
fiberglass-reinforced silicon rubber vulcanized and compressed at high temperature and press.
They are thin, bendable and shaped to fit almost any equipment. Heat can be applied to the
most complex shapes, geometries, curves and pipes conceivable without sacrificing efficiency or
dependability.

INSTALLATION
1 with backing PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive or called self adhesive, self stick adhesive)
as 3M PSA
2 with vulcanization or curing and compression at high temperature and press
3 with spring and hole or eyelet
4 with clamps

2. silicone rubber parts

Silicone rubber parts boasts for its high and low temperature resistance.
Though in the range of minus 70C to 260C, It has good flexibillity, high temperature
resistance, and good stability, aging resistant, ozone resistant, arc-resistance, corona-resistant,
insulation property, fuel oil resistance, lubes resistance, no smell and wear well without any poison or
enviromental harm and can be widely used for providing insulation protection or insulation
seal or antivibration for industries as medical apparatus, household electric appliance,
industrial electric appliance.

3. Kapton or polyimide heater

Polyimide flexible heaters, or Kapton heaters, are ideal for applications with space and weight limitations,
or where the heater will be exposed to vacuum, oil, or chemicals. These thin, flexible heaters are rugged,
accurate and reliable.

Honeywon's silicone sponge is with high grade silicone rubber material and inimitable technique, with
good character of high temperature resistant, aging resistant, ozone resistant, insulation property, fuel
oil resistance, lubes resistance, no smell and wear well. High compressibility and low compression set
over a wide temperature range, and good acoustic and thermal insulation properties. Apply to -50C
~+200C protect and heat insulation for long term continuous use and -70C ~ +260C for intermittent
use on all kinds of machine.
