Since 2007, Shenzhen Ledfriend Optoelectronics has been specializing in the R&D, manufacture and export of LED drivers and LED power supplies. Our product series include LED drivers for LED spotlight bulbs, bulbs, down lights, panel lights, tubes, streetlights and industrial lights. We independently developed a series of green low-power LED power supplies below 55W. These power supplies are applicable to T5, T8, T10 LED tubes, MR16 spotlights, panel lamps, E27 and GU10 LED lamps.
Our factory covers 5,400 square meters and operates under ISO 9001:2008 guidelines. With 320 workers utilizing 17 production lines, we have a monthly output of 300,000 drivers for LED tubes, 200,000 drivers for LED bulbs and 100,000 drivers for other LED lamps.
We have 36 R&D staff with 5-10 years'' experience in LED driver research including some who have worked for Emerson and Huawei. They can develop five new products each month with a sample lead time of 20 days and can customize drivers with a promised lifetime of 25,000 hours.
Our 40 QC implement the IQC under the standards of IPC and carefully selects components with excellent performance. They are backed by our own laboratory with an area of 50 square meters and can finish all kinds of testing such as high and low temperature impact, lightning surge and EMI conduction with 45 sets of test equipment. Furthermore, they strictly inspect semi-finished drivers and finished drivers thrice. Consequently, our products are CE-, UL-, TUV- and SGS-approved. In addition, our QC can offer 3-year warranty and maintain our repair rate below 0.3%.
We can deliver your order in as fast as seven days and if our products have quality problems, it can be returned for re-work. In addition, customers'' routine complaints will be dealt within 24 hours.
