Zhejiang BORUI Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd., established in 1991, is located in the “International Automobile & Motorcycle Parts Industrial Park” of Tangxia Town, Rui’an City, Zhejiang Province, close to National Highway 104 and Yongtaiwen Highway, enjoying very convenient transportation and advantageous geographical location.

BORUI is now at the stage of speedy development with diversification and collectivization though the development to grow up from small to big, weak to strong. Our business involves automobile/ motorcycle pistons, motorcycle modified parts, import and export trade, preschool education industry (in preparation), etc. It has modern workshop layout and comfortable environmental planning, and the existing industrial park layout includes: BORUI Vehicle Industry (Headquarters) located in Rui’an International Automobile & Motorcycle Parts Industrial Park; Piston Pouring Industrial Park located in Southwest Region; Motorcycle Modified Parts Industrial Park located in Small South Mountain; Educational Industrial Park under planning located in Wenzhou Higher Education Zone, etc. BORUI is constantly striving for innovation and excellence!

As the primary business and important industry of BORUI, Zhejiang BORUI Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. mainly produces automobile pistons (including diesel engine piston, gasoline engine piston), motorcycle pistons, diesel engine pistons (including four categories: forged steel, cast iron, inner-cooling oil passage, pin hole with copper sheathing, etc.) in cylinder diameter of 70-200mm and more than 300 specifications. the main production process includes pouring, thermal treatment, finish machining, surface treatment, etc. The production and the scale of the modified parts are leading in China, and the production is managed in a lean manner to keep constant improvement!

In the aspects of production and inspection equipment investment, our company sets out to become a leader in China, pursue the international top level, and provide the strong guarantee for stable and reliable production and inspection. It has established a strategic cooperation partnership with suppliers, such as RIFA Digital, Hunan EPOCH, GSK, Israel Iscar, Wieland, etc. Besides nearly 30 automobile/motorcycle production lines, 6-9 automobile piston lines are in preparation in the next 2 years. Our company now has more than 80 machining centers, over 100 sets of high-precision CNC equipment and 30 sets of special equipment. The inspection equipment includes spectrum detector, projector, contour elliptic measuring instrument, wear-resisting ring ultrasonic detector, oil-passage ultrasonic comprehensive detection system, cylindricity detector, etc. The company is about to set up a piston R&D center, an industry inspection center and a laboratory, and was certificated to TS16949:2009 in 2010.
