Hengsheng’s main products are Corn Starch, Corn Gluten Feed, Corn Gluten Meal and L-Lysine, etc., with an annual processing capacity of 300,000 ton. It has introduced core equipment from Westfalia, as well as first-rate equipment in China, which contribute to advanced and reasonable production process, and the advanced “closed-loop” production process makes the deep step development for corns possible, getting over 99% raw material utilization and over 98% overall yield of products.
Currently the company passed the certification of ISO9001 international quality management system, ISO22000:2005 food safety management system certification and certification of HACCP, which informed a full set of proved quality control system and service system, and products are exported to more than 50 countries and districts such as South Asia, South-east Asia, Middle East and some Africa countries and areas, etc.
