Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. headquartered in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, is a large international group with diversified, cross-industry and high-tech manufacturing capabilities covering passenger cars, environmental protection, engineering machinery and special vehicles, auto parts and real estate, etc.
Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. is the core enterprise of Yutong Group, a professional manufacturer integrating research and development, manufacturing and sales service. It has been certified as a high-tech enterprise by Science and Technology Agency, Henan Province. As a large national-appointed enterprise for military and civil engineering machinery production, Yutong Heavy Industries is the manufacturer of engineering machinery and special equipment for the PLA. Being one of the 50 largest engineering machinery manufacturers in China, we own independent import and export rights. The Company is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, with registered capital of 600 million and more than 3,000 employees.
Yutong Heavy Industries, depending on the national-level technical center of Yutong Group, realizes optimization of resources. It is the technical center of provincial-level enterprises in Henan. In April 2000, Yutong Postdoctoral Work Station was officially opened with the approval from the Personnel Department of the People’s Republic of China. In March 2004, Yutong Technical Center was certified as a national-level technical center by four ministries and committees. At present, Yutong Heavy Industries Technical Center has built several R&D centers, it has launched more than 30 innovative products, covering the first hydrodynamic torque converter, the first power shift transmission, the first self-propelled scraper, the first large-power wheel bulldozer in China. Therefore, Yutong Heavy Industries is known as “the Cradle for China''s Engineering Machinery Design and Manufacturing”.
Yutong Heavy Industries was formerly known as Zhengzhou Machinery Factory, specializing in the production of military machinery for engineer troops. After reform and restructuring, the Company focused on the development of new products. Up to now, we have successfully developed a series of high value-added products, such as rotary drilling rig, long spiral drill rig, crawler cranes, dynamic compactor, and mining dump truck, etc. Currently, the Company has owned five major business departments - Foundation Works Machinery Business Department, Special-purpose Vehicle Business Department, Mining Machinery Business Department, Sanitation Machinery Business Department, International Business Department, and a wholly owned subsidiary- Zhengzhou Yutong Environmental Protection Science & Technology Co., Ltd., covering foundation construction, resources exploitation, environmental protection and other fields. Of which, the market shares of some products, such as package landfill environmental equipment, dynamic compactor and impact compactor, rank first in China; and the sales of the rotary drilling rig, long spiral drill rig and mining dump truck are also in leading position. In overseas, the sales of high-tech and new, cutting-edge products represented by the multi-functional rotary drilling rig, new-generation loader and scraper is increasing rapidly, which has become a new highlight.
Yutong Environmental Protection takes “improving environment and making contributions to society” as its mission, “mud treatment”, “water treatment” and “environmental protection equipment”, etc. It sets up a environmental protection design institute and builds strategic cooperation relationships with famous domestic and foreign institutes. Meanwhile, it builds the company’s core competitiveness through absorbing advanced environmental protection technologies at home and abroad. It possesses Level II General Contractor Qualification of Environmental Protection Project, Level III General Contractor Qualification of Municipal Engineering Projects, Grade A Pollution Treatment Implementation Operator Qualification, Safety Production License, ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001-2004 Environmental Management System Certification, etc.
