Zhejiang Mould Factory is located in " China Mould Town"- Huangyan Taizhou Zhejiang. Founded in 1982, is a national high-tech enterprise. Specialized in designing,developing, and manufacturing injection plastic moulds for auto, motorcycle, home appliance, medical device, daily necessity, logistics & packing and other plastic moulds, also provide plastic injection, painting and assembling service. We independently developed many moulds which are listed in “The Industrialization of National Torch Plan Project”. Gained more than 30 patents.
Zhejiang Mould Factory covers an area of 150000 square meters, with various types of advanced mould processing, plastic injection and testing equipment, Like high speed CNC, deep hole drill, wire electrode cutting, carved machine, EDM, die spotting machine, 50T-2200T series injection machines, Three-coordinate Measuring Machine, GDJS etc. Have many skilled technical personals which have rich experience in designing and manufacturing products and moulds. Directly supply for Toyota, Guangzhou Auto, Shanghai Automotive, Chery, Brilliance, BAIC, Naveco, Hafei etc automobile factories and Yamaha, Qianjiang etc motorcycle factories. Also have cooperation with Shanghai Yanfeng Peak, Sharp, Whirlpool, Haier. Have passed ISO9001, TS16949, CCC, ISO14000 quality management system and environment system.
