Casting factory has the domestic advanced precision casting, the centrifugel casting, lost foam casting(EPC)，the bimetal compound casting, SHS-Since soft fuel corundum ceramic composite pipe "V"Law casting and so on multi-strip production line. We could produce castings of any shape in different materials weight 0.2Kg~15t and ø20mm~ø3000mm straight, elbow piece. There is heat treatment, metal steel structure welding and machining ability. Annual output of more than 5000t. We have perfect quality control system. The advanced consummation check-out facilities include: In front of the stove reads the spectroscope, the metal tensile testing machine ,the microstructure analyzer, the lossless crack detector and the turbulent flow crack detector straight and so on. |
