The company was founded in 2008 in Cangxian, Cangzhou City ,the home town of casting,which not only has beautiful scenery ,but also located near the province road and is easily accessable by road transportation .
The company with registered capital of 8,000,000 in RMB and covers an area of 4,.600 square meters ,including 6,000square meters .The company has over 100 worker and over 30 technicians .The company has imported professional equipments from Switzerland at quite high prices ,including 11 sets of CNC lathes and 15 sets of other machines .These top advanced machines ,together with the professional technicians, are the reasons why the company can achieve the goals of mass production and standardization.
With two subsidiary factories: precision casting factory &machine processing factory .The main products are valve parts , pipe fittings, impellers ,flanges and kinds of accessories for beer barrel ect .The material include all kinds of stainless steel and carbon steel .The precision casting capacity is 50 to 100 tons per month while the machining processing factory monthly capacity is about 30 to 50tons .
The precision casting factory is proud of its advanced technique of lost wax casting of silicon sol. This technique belongs to the category of molten die casting which involves less cutting or no cutting process and is an excellent technique in casting industry .This technique is widely used in all kinds of casting and all kinds of alloys. Compared with other casting techniques ,the products made by this technique is more precise and with better quality .The cast parts which are complicated ,high temperature resistant and hard to process by other techniques can also be processed by this technique. The company now has 2 complete production lines of silicon sol and advanced solution treatment equipment.
Numerical control technology used by machining factory gained the company the leading position in this industry .The capacity can fully meet the requirement of product castings. Tough the company leads in both machining equipment and product quality , it continues to buy 10to 20 sets of new machines each year for the consideration of increasing market needs in the future.
To ensure the excellence in product quality ,the company has a whole set of quality testing equipment .The machine to test the material :spectrometer ARL-3460(imported from Switzerland).The machine to test mechanics, the machine to test metallographic phase .All these strict testing procedures guarantee the excellence of product quality .The machining factory are using following machines to ensure that the finished products can total meet the requirements from our clients .The numerical control equipment ,CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and profilometer.
The company is a member of China Foundry Association and has acquired certificate of PED 97/23EC,AD-WO and ISO9001:2008 by CQC.
The products manufactured under strict procedures are sold all over the world :USA, Germany ,Australia, African countries, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand etc. These products have gained recognition from our clients because of high production efficiency and excellence in quality . |
