Tonghe aluminum after years of continuous hard work ahead , and constantly introduced most advanced aluminum production facilities and inspection equipmentfrom,such as, 3 sets Japan UBE extrusion lines , 5 sets Taiwan Mei Ruey extrusion lines ; 1 set German-made vertical anodizing&electrophoretic coating production line ; 1 set British-made powder spraying production line,1 set Switzerland Gema spraying equipment , 1 set Germany wooden grainy transfer equipment,1 set Italian-made thermal insulated aluminium profile production line;1 set German Bruker infrared direct reading spectrometer,etc.Our products are widely used in industrial machinery , hardware, electronics , leisure products, sporting goods , transportation , aerospace , military industry, power engineering,architectural and other fields ; Committed to provide and service mankind with environmental protection, energy-efficient, health aluminum profiles products ; Presently our company have 8 sets imported extrusion lines with 600T、1100T、1880T、2500T、2800T、3600T、6000T、7500T, the machine produce aluminium extrusion profiles with maximum size range: flat profile with width 620mm * height 25mm (e.g.: train heat sinks, ship decks, etc.); hollow profiles diagonal line or circular outer cross-sectional width ≤ 450mm (e.g.: motor housing, wind power fan leaves); minimum wall thickness 0.6mm (e.g.: electronic U disk, etc.) above all can manufacture and produce in our factory. Industrial aluminium profiles and various architectural aluminum profiles cumulative annual output 35,000 tons ; Established manufacturing and inspection system ,including mold design and manufacturing,casting, extrusion, anodizing&electrophoresis,powder coating, fluorocarbon coating , wood pattern transfer , thermal insulated , Laboratory centers , check&testing centers, CNC processing center,and so on.Also,our company have passed IS09001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004, CQC product energy-saving certification , German TUV certification.
