Our business scope covers four major industries: metal surface treatment (aluminum oxidation, electrophoresis, spraying), sheet metal processing, machining processing, and aluminum die-casting.We have strong technologies and capabilities of production in these industries.In terms of metal surface treatment, we have one aluminum alloy automatic oxidation line with monthly production capacity of 170000 pieces.One automatic cathodic electrophoresis line with monthly production capacity of 230000 pieces.One manual testing line with monthly production capacity of 500000 pieces.One spray coating line with a monthly production capacity of 300000 pieces.The equipment we use for sheet metal, machining, and aluminum die-casting are mostly imported, such as：Amada, yizumi, lk, fanuc, tailor made, gema, Westlake, Gema, AEH, Elcometer, etc.
In China, we are trusted supplier of Chery Automobile, FAW Volkswagen, Shanghai Volkswagen, Beijing Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi Forklift, and Geely Automobile. Our titanium alloy parts are widely used in industries aerospace and precision equipment. Our products also export to United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Sweden, Australia, and Austria etc.We have been providing products to companies Mercury, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Aspock, Harley Davidson, Ford, KTM, ZKW, etc.
