The Sirui Advanced Copper Alloy Co., Ltd. founded on July 18, 2018, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Shaanxi Sirui New Materials Co., Ltd. The predecessor of the company is the YUHUA plant of the parent company (Shaanxi Sirui New Materials Co., Ltd.).
The company focuses on high conductivity and high strength CuCrZr alloy materials, CuCr alloy materials, CuFe alloy materials, and other kinds of vacuum smelting advanced Cu-based alloy materials R&D and manufacturing. The company own more than 20 years of advanced Cu-based alloys R&D manufacturing experience.
The company has “Sirui advanced copper alloy Global Industrial Innovation Center”, “CFAPT(CuFe alloys Project Team)”,” Technology Center”, etc. The company has established long-term extensive scientific technical research cooperation with domestic and foreign well-known universities, scientific research institutes.
The company has many production lines, such as vacuum smelting, non-vacuum smelting, hot extrusion, drawing, forging, vacuum precision casting, special copper alloy heat treatment, precision machining and so on. The products are widely used in rail transit, medium and high voltage power switches, Automotive manufacturing, mold manufacturing, new generation of electronic information products and other fields.
The company has the special high quality metal chromium production line to ensure the more capable CuCr, CuCrZr alloys materials, such as the precision selection, the atmosphere protection, the low temperature crushing, the vacuum hot carbon reduction chromium powder and so on. The line served high purity low gas chromium powder for parent company high quality requirements, served high purity chromium cubes for high quality requirements of the high strength and high conductivity CuCr, CuCrZr alloys manufacture. At the same time, company R& D and manufacture all kinds of particle size, morphology (including spherical), purity, gas content of high purity low gas chromium powder, to serve the global high-end high-temperature alloys, to serve other related industries R&D manufacturing needs. |
